Care Options for Kids (“COFK”) is serious about detecting and reporting Medicaid Fraud, Waste, and Abuse. COFK believes in strictly following the laws and rules that regulate Providers like COFK in the Medicaid environment.

If you observe potential violations with COFK Medicaid patients, other Medicaid beneficiaries not patients of COFK, other healthcare Providers such as physicians, medical staff and suppliers or within COFK itself with a fellow employee or contractor, report it immediately documenting the date and details. Below are options for reporting suggested cases.

Reports are anonymous and COFK and the Texas Health & Human Services Commission follows a Non-Retaliation Policy as required by Medicaid Regulations and Law.
