Care Options For Kids provides Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy to children ages 0 to 21 in the home care environment. Through our Therapy Plans of Care, based on the physician’s determination of medical necessity, we provide individual, intensive therapy in naturalistic environments for moderately to severely disabled children.

 

We support coordination of care by reporting patient progress regularly to the physician and working with caregivers and related health care professionals to achieve outcomes that are optimal in effectiveness and efficiency.
