Care Options For Kids provides therapy to children from birth to age 21 in their home care environment utilizing medical model approaches. COFK Therapists are dedicated and passionate about helping children in need. In each therapy discipline, our staff brings a wealth of experience and expertise, enhanced by the unique COFK culture of integrity, caring, commitment, compassion and excellence, to meet the challenge of every child’s individual needs.

Speech Therapy
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) work to remediate communication disorders that interfere with or impede effective communication.

Occupational Therapy
Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) work with children to improve their quality of life, increase their ability to function independently and empower them to participate more actively in their environment.

Physical Therapy
COFK Pediatric Physical Therapists (PT’s) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA’s) are a vibrant and innovative group of professionals who assist children birth to age 21 with mild to severe deficits in gross motor skills.

Specialty Services
COFK is home to a talented and dedicated group of professional therapists. Our expert therapists meet a wide range of specialized patient needs and serve as mentors to fellow therapists in the following areas: Feeding and Swallowing Therapy, Autism Intervention, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Sensory Integration Treatment, and Bilingual and Bicultural Populations.
